Enquiries
When you contact SiteTriage, the details you provide — such as your name, email address, website URL and description of the issue — are used to review and respond to your enquiry.
Your enquiry details are not intentionally sold or used for unrelated marketing. Please do not send passwords, API keys or other login credentials through the form or email.
Business prospecting and direct marketing
SiteTriage may use limited public business information to identify and assess suitable UK corporate prospects for a narrowly defined, relevant business communication. This activity is based on legitimate interests: identifying a genuine, current website issue affecting a UK corporate business and preparing one factual communication that may be useful to that business. Legitimate interests is assessed for this limited activity; it does not guarantee that contact is appropriate in every case.
The initial workflow is limited to verified UK corporate subscribers using public business and company information. Sources may include Companies House, the organisation's own public website, and other relevant public business sources where used. Public availability does not mean consent.
We use only the minimum relevant information: company name, company number and status, business location, public website, public role-based business contact details, factual observations about publicly accessible website pages, and compliance or suppression status.
We do not include sole traders, uncertain subscriber classifications, named personal email addresses, or free-mail addresses in this initial workflow. We do not use bought marketing lists, tracking pixels, or read receipts. A role-based company email address is preferred, and any permitted outreach is limited to one unsolicited initial email with no automatic follow-up. Independently verified, commercially meaningful website evidence is required before outreach.
Retention and no-contact requests
Rejected or uncertain candidate records are retained for 30 days. Verified prospect, evidence and internal-draft records are retained for 90 days. Minimised compliance and audit evidence is retained for 12 months initially. Failed or invalid contact information is removed when no longer needed.
If you object to direct marketing or ask not to be contacted, we will stop that use immediately. We may retain only the minimum suppression information needed to ensure that the person or business is not contacted again. Suppression records are kept only as long as necessary to honour the instruction and are reviewed annually.
Service providers and international transfers
Where relevant, SiteTriage may use website hosting and infrastructure providers, communications providers, and technology or AI service providers to support business operations. If information is processed outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are used where required by applicable data-protection law.
Your rights
Where personal data is involved, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and to object to processing. You can object at any time to the use of your personal data for direct marketing. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
The current workflow does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
